Frank Nekich

With nearly 50 years of experience in the construction trades, Frank Nekich has built a reputation for excellence, reliability, and precision. Starting in 1975, Frank worked in various sectors of the industry before founding his own company in 1990, specializing in residential and commercial site development. By 1993, he expanded into public works projects, taking on everything from small-scale sewer and water installations to large infrastructure developments.

In 2021, Frank streamlined his business to focus on complete site development, providing top-tier services such as road building, septic system installation, site grading, basement and footing excavation, sewer and water service installation, concrete demolition, and pool removal. With decades of hands-on expertise, Frank ensures that every project is completed with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
